Issue

MIcrosoft Azure CVO deployment failing with an erorr message as below:
Marketplace purchase eligibilty check returned errors. See inner errors for details. 
Code: MarketplacePurchaseEligibilityFailed Details: Offer with PublisherId: 'netapp', OfferId: 'netapp-ontap-cloud' cannot be purchased due to validation errors. 
For more information see details. Correlation Id: 'xxxxx-xx' 
This plan is not available for purchase because it needs to be added to your tenant's Private Marketplace. 
Contact your admin to request adding the plan.
