  • The Storage account's public network access is set to "Enabled from all networks" by default when it is deployed.
  • However, the user can choose to restrict the access to specific IP addresses and the subnet within a Vnet by selecting the "Enabled from selected Virtual Networks and IP addresses" option.
  • This configuration can be changed in the Azure Portal, by selecting the Azure Storage Account --> Settings --> Firewall and  Virtual Networks option.
