Answer

NetApp currently does not support moving or re-registering CVO systems, agents, or resources across different organizations or accounts in NetApp Console. All system registration, discovery, and management actions must occur within the same organization and account where the systems were originally onboarded. This is by design and enforced for security, licensing, and supportability reasons.
