Enable Capacity tiering via NetApp Console fails on existing Azure CVO

Issue

  • Azure Private DNS is used and hosted on a dedicated Azure Subscription.
  • Attempts to enable Cloud Tiering (FabricPool/capacity tier) on existing Azure CVO  from the NetApp Console or via API fails with the following errors observed in logs and the NetApp Audit Timeline:
Error:failed to configure fabric pool resource FabricPoolResourcesFailedToCreate(failed to create fabric pool resources with error This request is not authorized to perform this operation. )
