Cloud Volumes ONTAP license not getting updated after moving to new connector

Issue

  • Customer deployed new connectors and moved Cloud Volumes ONTAP clusters to the new connectors.
  • license show command shows Operating Policy: shutdown

Cloud subscr   Cloud ONTAP License   7/1/2024 23:59:59   none
       Enforcement Start: 7/3/2024 00:00:00   Operating Policy: shutdown

  • Once on the new connector, CVO license is not getting updated even though the updated license information is in the Digital Wallet.
  • Moving the clusters back to old connectors did not resolve the issue.
