Cloud Volumes ONTAP cluster does not return to HA status after node reboot

Issue

  • A node rebooted and the cluster is not returning to healthy status with HA degraded in BlueXP.
  • Checking with the cloud provider, the instance is healthy with no issues found.
  • From the CLI, the node is waiting for giveback, which is not happening.
