Issue

Attempts to add new disks or create new aggregates in Cloud Volumes ONTAP fail with errors such as:

Operation could not be completed as it results in exceeding approved PremiumV2 Disk Size In GB quota.
Additional details - DeploymentModel: ResourceManager, Location: eastus2, CurrentLimit: 102400, CurrentUsage: 99889, AdditionalRequired: 32767, (Minimum) NewLimitRequired: 132656.
