Answer

    • It is not possible to remove or exclude the body.7z attachment from AutoSupport emails generated by ONTAP when sent to the mailhost.  The body.7z file is a mandatory part of the AutoSupport message structure.  
    • Work with the mailhost and security team to either increase the SMTP message size limits and allow 7z attachments from ONTAP systems, or to implement filtering to remove the attachment prior to delivery to end users if only notification emails are required and the diagnostic data is not needed.
