CVO upgrade fails with Error: "No disk was found with that name"

Issue

  • CVO upgrade fails with the error below seen in BlueXP timeline:

    Error:No disk was found with that name: <cvo_name>-disk-boot
     
  • When performing a single node upgrade, the error is returned after task deallocating the VM as part of the upgrade hence the VM is stopped and must be started manually from the Cloud provided console.
