Issue

  • EMS reports the below error repeatedly.

  [?]  Tue Oct 01 00:12:22 +0900 [nodename-01: mgwd: configbr.uploadFailed:error]: Configuration backup file nodename.daily.2024-10-01.00_10_07.7z cannot be uploaded to the destination URL http://connector-ip/occm/api/occm/system/offbox/-aaTLP76Xm4Tk62IAh4UDQrevWU=/VsaWorkingEnvironment-xxxxxxxx. Error: 'Upload operation of configuration backup file exited with error: Failed to upload configuration backup file "/mroot/etc/backups/config/nodename.daily.2024-10-01.00_10_07.7z" to "http://connector-ip/occm/api/occm/system/offbox/-aaTLP76Xm4Tk62IAh4UDQrevWU=/VsaWorkingEnvironment-xxxxxxxx/nodename.daily.2024-10-01.00_10_07.7z". Error: Timeout was reached : Failed to connect to xx.xx.xx.xx(Connector-IP) port 80 after 60012 ms: Timeout was reached.'.
