Issue

  • CVO ONTAP configuration backup fails to upload to the NetApp Console Agent with the following EMS log errors:
[CVO1-01:mgwd:configbr.uploadFailed:error]: Configuration backup file /mroot/etc/backups/config/cvo1.daily.2026-03-24.00_10_02.7z cannot be uploaded to the destination URL https://10.XXX.XX.XX/occm/api/occm/s...24.00_10_02.7z. Error: 'Timeout was reached: Failed to connect to 10.XXX.XX.XX port 443 after 60011ms: Timeout was reached'.
  • The backup fails with a timeout error when trying to connect to the destination URL.
  • Connectivity tests between the current CVO and the NetApp Console agent succeed, but the error references an old/decommissioned agent IP.
