Issue

  • Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) instance in Microsoft Azure was down and unresponsive.
  • Attempts to start the CVO instance through BlueXP were unsuccessful; the instance remained offline.
  • Azure portal showed the CVO virtual machine (VM) in an offline state.
  • Attempts to bring the VM online failed.
