Issue

  • From EMS logs, Azure CVO HA aggregate is in failed state due to multi-disk error:

MM DD YYYY HH:MM:SS +0000 [Cluster1-01: config_thread: raid.vol.failed:notice]: Aggregate aggr_name: Failed due to multi-disk error.

  • From the Sysconfig-R  file of the Autosupport, aggregates status shows as failed with a broken disk:

Aggregate aggr_name (failed, raid0, partial) (advanced_zoned checksums)
  Plex /aggr_name/plex0 (offline, failed, inactive)
    RAID group /aggr1/plex0/rg0 (partial, advanced_zoned checksums)
Broken disks
