  • Backup ONTAP configuration to agent VM not working

Issue

  • Automatic ONTAP configuration backups were not being triggered or uploaded for a specific Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) and "Backup ONTAP Configuration" action is not seen on audit/timeline.
  • Other CVOs in the same environment are functioning correctly. Manual backup uploads succeeded, but scheduled/automatic jobs failed.
