Issue

  • When accessing NetApp Console Mobility > Tiering page, the error below is returned:

"Something went wrong. There's a problem with your Connector, but your stored data is not affected. Open a case with NetApp support to fix the issue."

  • Connector VM reboot does not fix the issue
