Unable to perform file restore via indexing using BlueXP Backup and Recovery

Issue
- Backup and Recovery shows "Indexing Paused"
- Error below is returned when performing file Search and Restore using BlueXP Backup and Recovery:
"Catalog is already present in a different azure subscription, please add the subscription credentials to the occm connector"
