Issue

Backup and Recovery Log backup for Oracle database fails after OS and database upgrade
  • The following error is given by the failed job
    • Backup of Resource Group 'testrg' with policy 'testpolicy' which was triggered on date/time has failed. Error: Failed on 'testrg': Activity 'Discovering Oracle Database Files' failed with error: Discovery failed for object TESTDB with warning SCO-LOG-1043: Archived log file.
  • The host service can also be seen indicated as services stopped in the NetApp Console
