NetApp backup and recovery fails to browse objects due to missing permissions

Issue
When attempting to use NetApp's backup and recovery an OVA Console agent it fails to browse objects in the object store.
Cause
The NetApp Console OVA agent did not have the necessary permissions in VMware to browse the object store.
Solution
Update the permissions for the OVA agent in VMware to allow the browsing and restoring of objects in the object store.
