NetApp Console Backup and Recovery UI Shows Backup as Not Enabled

Issue

The NetApp Console Backup & Recovery UI displays that bucket backup protection is not enabled for a working environment, even though backups are active and confirmed via System Manager. When attempting to activate backup, the workflow fails with the following error:
Error: Failed to backup system prosap. Backup is already enabled in the selected System: vsaworkingenvironment-abcdefghjklm
