Issue

  • After purhasing a 1400TB BlueXP Backup & Recovery license , the Digital Wallet continued to display exisitng 1000TB of licensed capacity instead of the expected 1400TB. The license expiry date was extended, but the increased capacity was not reflected.
  • Unable to obtain the 1400 TB license from Systems > Software Licenses in NetApp Support Site
