Issue

  • Users are unable to perform file restore operations from cloud snapshots in NetApp Backup & Recovery for volumes that have been deleted or whose backup relationships are paused/quiesced.
  • Attempts to browse or restore from these snapshots fail with the error:
    Error: Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'objectStoreName')
  • Log output examples:
    [ERROR] Failed to get backed up volume information. Requested volume information not found.
    Received error status: 404 and error message: Failed to get backed up volume information. Requested volume information not found
