Issue

  • When attempting to retrieve backup details for a protected volume in the NetApp Console Backup and Recovery service, the following error is displayed:
Failed to retrieve backup details:{  "statusCode": 404,  "error": "NotFound",  "message": "Failed to fetch backed up snapshots for volumeid43c00000-f000-00aa-a123-d000xx00exd0.404 page not found"}Error code: BackupAndRecoveryGetBackupDetailsError
  • Additionally, CBS logs show:
