Enabling CBS backup via API fails with : body/volumeType must be equal to one of the allowed values

Issue

  • When attempting to enable CBS (Cloud Backup Service) backup on a CVO volume via v1 API : /account/{accountId}/providers/cloudmanager_cbs/api/v1/backup/working-environment/{workingEnvironmentId}/volume/{volumeId}  , the following error is returned and the backup is not enabled : Failed to backup volume. body/volumeType must be equal to one of the allowed values
  • v2 API /account/{accountId}/providers/cloudmanager_cbs/api/v2/backup/working-environment/{workingEnvironmentId}/volume/{volumeId} fails with the same error as well.
