Issue

BlueXP Backup and Recovery retention for a volume fails with the following errors:

BlueXP Job Monitoring

Failed:16 Snapshot in use by dump, snap restore, SnapMirror, a CIFS share, RAID mirroring, LUNs or volume clone.

 

BlueXP Backup and Recovery retention for volume fails

 

BlueXP notification email

Cloud Backup and recovery retention for <Volume_Name> failed.

Cloud Backup and recovery retention delete operation for <Volume_Name> in working environment <Working_Environment_Name> triggered on <Date_Time> has failed.  Job id: <Job_ID>
