BlueXP - "Restore File or Folder" fails with "no connectivity" error

Issue
- BlueXP backup Onprem FAS to AWS S3 and restore volume has no problem but "Restore File or Folder" operation failed with "no connectivity" error as below:

- The Timeline outputs the below error of the Action: Start file explore V3
Error:Timed out while waiting for the ADC Container mount directory volume to be Ready
