Backup and Recovery notification: Unable to Monitor Scheduled Backup Jobs

Issue

  • The NetApp Console regularly displays warning messages stating it cannot monitor scheduled backup jobs for a specific working environment:
    Can't monitor scheduled backup jobs for System VsaWorkingEnvironment-XXXXXX (Contact NetApp support to resolve this issue) 
  • Despite these warnings, the Backup and Recovery > Job Monitoring page shows all jobs as visible and healthy.
