Issue

  • When accessing the Protection > Backup and recovery > Volumes dashboard, BlueXP returns the error below:
There's a problem with your Connector, but your stored data is not affected. Open a case with NetApp support to fix the issue.
  • cloudmanager_cbs and cloudmanager_cbs_catalog containers are not running on Connector VM when listing containers via CLI command below:
sudo docker ps | grep cloudmanager_cbs
