NSS Customer Type Not Allowed For This Account

Issue

When trying to add new NSS user or update existing user in NSS Management tab within NetApp Console, one of the following error messages is shown:

  • Failed to add NSS Account.
    The NSS customer type is not allowed for this account as there are already NSS Users of different type
  • We could not find an account with your email address. Please register for a new account
