Issue

  • License renewal was not performed for two consecutive days.
  • The following error was observed in the logs:

2026-07-27 07:43:49,790 UTC ERROR [Renew License] Action not allowed for user

com.netapp.oncloud.simplicator.client.common.AuthenticationException: Action not allowed for user

  • After approximately two days, license auto-renewal resumed automatically and continued successfully.
