Discrepancy Between Actual Consumed Capacity of CVO  and Reported Subscription Usage

Issue

NetApp Console reported an error indicating that their Azure Marketplace NetApp subscription was nearing its storage capacity limit. The NetApp Console reported 52 TiB used out of 55 TiB (over 95% utilization), while the CVO showed only 42 TiB used. This discrepancy led to confusion about the source of the reported capacity and whether immediate action was required.
Example log and alert:
You are using more than 95% of the capacity allowed by your azure marketplace subscription with dimension essentials single (45TiB of 48TiB). Please note that the total used capacity is calculated across all the organizations using this subscription. Contact NetApp Sales Representative to update this subscription.
