Issue

  • Upgrade Azure CVO instance type through NetApp Console fail
  • Upgrade Azure CVO version 
  • Auto giveback failed to complete
  • Node down due to the AZURE instance in "Stopped" state
  • Audit trail in NetApp Console reports error
    • "Operation Start Vm failed Error: Code: ZonalAllocationFailed Target: null Message: Allocation failed. We do not have sufficient capacity for the requested VM size in this zone"
  • When trying to rerun the upgrade via NetApp Console, that specific AZURE instance size/type is no longer listed in the drop-down menu but still shows as available option from AZURE portal
