Issue

  • User is unable to access the NetApp organization tenant named "<Organization_name>” after logging into NetApp Console.
  • When attempting to create a new organization with the same name, the following error is displayed:

Error: Organization already exists

  • User is prompted to create a new organization but is unable to use the desired name, and cannot access any resources associated with the existing organization.
