Unable to set up federation with SSO using SAML in Netapp Console

Issue
- Customer attempting to set up federation with their SSO using SAML in NetApp Console. When testing the connection, they are able to log in via SSO but receive the alert: '
access_denied: federation_no_email / Cannot login via federation without email address on account.'
- Trying to add user to the users in console get the following error:
Failed to assign a role to xxx@yyy.com: Identity service auth0 request failed: Failed to get user details using email
