Unable to login to NetApp Console due to deactivated NSS account

Issue
- The NSS user with Organization admin role went through an organization restructuring wherein the existing working environments on NetApp Support Site were registered to a new NSS user.
- Post making the change, the existing NSS user got deactivated and user is unable to login to NetApp Console :
"Your account has been deactivated or access is not allowed for it. Please register for a new account"
