Answer
Normally, the license is updated to digital wallet automatically, but there are several potential causes for the update failure:
- The NSS account is either not added or differs from the one used to purchase/renew the license.
- The NSS account has expired
- The agent can't reach out to NetApp support site (https://support.netapp.com and https://mysupport.netapp.com )
Note: The licensee can be added to the digital wallet manually if it can't update automatically
