Unable to discover new on-prem cluster created after nodes split in NetApp Console

After splitting a 6 nodes on-prem ONTAP cluster into two separate clusters, attempts to add the new ONTAP system to NetApp Console does not produce the desired result.
The system does not appear in the list of managed systems, even though the discovery process reports success in the logs:
