Qtree/Share names in multi-bytes can't be shown or retrieved from BlueXP normally
Applies to
- NetApp BlueXP
- NetApp Cloud Volume ONTAP(CVO)
Issue
- Qtree or share names containing multi-byte characters (e.g., Japanese) appear as garbled text in the BlueXP integrated System Manager.
- However, they display correctly in the standalone System Manager.
- System upgrades may fail if Qtree information cannot be retrieved when oplocks are disabled during the upgrade process.
