Issue

  • BlueXP shows ONTAP as up to date and doesn't give the option to upgrade the CVO.
    ONTAP is showing up to date in BlueXP when it is not
  • When attempting to upgrade by placing the image on an HTTP server, it fails with:
 Could not determine configuration for vsa XXXXX, region us-east-2. License not found in the cot manifest
