BlueXP Connector upgrade to 3.9.54

Issue

During the upgrade of connector 3.9.54, the OCCM container upgrade fails with the following error:

Update Containers
Error:Failed to start containers error: Error response from daemon: manifest for cloudmanagerinfraprod.azurecr.io/docker_occm:3.9.54-6d73294-434-S not found: manifest unknown: manifest tagged by "3.9.54-6d73294-434-S" is not found
 
Deploy New Service occm
