Issue

  • The NetApp Console Agent running on a customer-managed  VM with Podman became unresponsive
  • failed to send scheduled AutoSupport and AoD reports
  • Agent log files filled with repeated 'akka.pattern.AskTimeoutException' messages.
  • Issue gets resolved after customer reboots VM, but problem  recurs after some time
