NetApp console fails to load volumes with 401 Unauthorized authentication error

Issue
- After discovering an on-premises ONTAP storage system (FAS2720) in NetApp Console, volume information remains in a loading state and does not display.

Backup and Recovery configuration cannot proceed due to missing volume data.

Audit logs on the ONTAP system show authentication failures from the agent:
