Is it possible to move from explicit to transparent proxy for BlueXP connector?

No, it's not possible to change proxy configuration in BlueXP to use a transparent proxy server. This is since transparent proxy server mode is not supported and only proxy server working on explicit mode can be setup in BlueXP.
