How to add an additional federated email domain for the BlueXP account

Answer

You can manage and import Federated domain connections by navigating to the management page in the BlueXP console.

  1. Click the settings cog.

  2. Select the Identity & Access Management option.

  3. Navigate to the Federation tab.

  4. Here you can Configure New Federation connections for domains, or manage existing domains.
  5. If you are the Organization Admin for a domain connection that was previously configured via the Federation Setup Self-Service portal, you will be prompted to import any existing domains that have not yet been imported.
