High traffic seen from Connector causing it to go inactive

Issue
- During the time period of the 5th of June until June 13th 2024, a spike in network traffic from the Connector to the endpoint "https://stream.cloudmanager.cloud.ne...on-client-logs" was seen.
- The traffic may also cause the proxy to start blocking connector traffic.
- It may also show up as traffic to the DNS server if there's no proxy in use.
