Issue

Receiving following error in Backup & Recovery page of NetApp console:

The tab or service has unexpectedly crashed.

The tab or service has unexpectedly crashed

  • Console agent is in an 'Unknown state' and Administration > Support > Agents page is not loading as it shows the error : 
    Failed to Render. The tab or service has unexpectedly crashed.Error printed to console. If the error recurs, please contact Support.
