Issue

Receiving the below error when attempting to upgrade CVO using the BlueXP UI:
Error:PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Cause

This is due to the BlueXP upgrade requiring HTTP access if no SSL certificate is in use.
