Connector service manager version v2-3.0.81 upgrade fails with ECONNRESET error

Issue
- When a connector attempts to apply a automatic upgrade of the service manager component it fails and connector goes offline.
- Connector logs show a ECONNRESET error when the service manager component upgrade is attempted:
