Classification fails to open in UI with "Retrying API Request 6/6"

Issue

Before ever installing Data Classification, when attempting to open the Data Classification (Governance) feature in the NetApp Console, the following error is displayed:
  • retrying API request 6/6 then Oops! Something went wrong
HAR log shows:
  • Error from AWS: Unable to locate credentials
  • {
        "error": "Error from AWS: User: arn:aws:sts::xxxxxxx:assumed-role/Console-Role/i-xxxxxx is not authorized to perform: cloudformation:ListStacks on resource: arn:aws:cloudformation:region:xxxxxxxx:stack/*/* because no identity-based policy allows the cloudformation:ListStacks action"
