Answer

  • No. Direct capacity licenses with a serial number starting with 485XXXXX need to be generated within the NetApp Support Site using the Systems Tab and selecting System Licenses.
  • There will be a field to search the 485XXXXXX serial number which will provide an option to generate a license file, which can be used to update the direct capacity license in BlueXP Digital Wallet when a license is expired or nearing the expiration date.
