CVO shows as "Failed" with "Service Unavailable" due to missing containers

Issue

  • The NetApp Console displays the CVO state as “failed.” When accessing the CVO details from the Storage Management dashboard, the error message “service unavailable” is shown.
  • Service-Manager.log:
[-] docker-compose pull status 1 error pulling image configuration: download failed after attempts=6: net/http: TLS handshake timeout
allmandatory:false, servicemanager will not pull and deploy other remaining (platform and dataservices) containers until all mandatory containers are up and running
